Cynthia adapts a communication theory called Attachment as a framework to assist individuals and organizations modify negative communication behavior to cultivate and sustain professional relationships. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis on understanding communication behavior and published a book exploring the connection between communication behavior and attachment styles entitled "Understanding Attachment Styles in Communication Behavior".
