Bohemian Studios Yoga with Yogi Daish.

Description

This Vinyasa class incorporates Daish. Coaching and Wellness services (Breathwork, meditation, and yoga) into an hour class. At the studio mats, blocks, blankets and straps are all provided. If you prefer to bring your own mat that works too! Additional props, such as the blankets or boulsters, can be used to support the knees, hips, and in Savasana and the straps and blocks serve as an extension of your arms. She will go through this at the beginning of each class and offer modifications as well. These afternoon classes have energy as they are use to break up your day as well as give you a little boost of energy. Can't wait to see you there!
