About Us
Lilly Georgieva is a coach, facilitator, and trainer working with mission-driven leaders and founders. She supports them in making their lives sustainable – in creating and reaching their big missions outside of overwhelm and burnout and finding joy and peace amid the messy process of growth. She is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation. Before becoming a coach, Lilly had a decade-long corporate career in aerospace engineering, working on the Space Shuttle and commercial aviation. Outside of work, she loves adventuring in the mountains with her husband and obsessing over their annual tomato crop in West Seattle.
