Essence Russ

Hi everyone!

My name is Essence Russ and I currently serve as the Executive Director of Southwest Youth and Family Services. I previously served as the Director of the Family Resource Center there for 3-years between 2017-2020. I've been serving in the nonprofit sector in King County for the past 17 years. I've served anything from at-risk youth, to youth in foster care, to alumni of foster care, to immigrant and refugee families, and more. I'm very much looking forward to partnering in community with you all!
